OUR SCHEDULE

ETA operates all year around. At very busy times, up to four instructors may each teach private lessons in four separate and quiet locations. We offer ground lessons in the barn, or in our new therapy suite (with a classroom and exercise room) when the weather precludes riding outdoors. Our new bluestone arena, tracks and paddocks offer improved footing after periods of rain or snow. On rare occasions, students may be asked to reschedule their lesson if road conditions are not safe.

During the school year lessons are offered in the mornings, in the early afternoon, between 4 and 7 p.m., and on Saturday. During the summer, lessons are offered in the early morning and late afternoon, to avoid heat stress.

 "When I bestride him, I soar, I am a hawk;
He trots the air;
The Earth sings as he touches it;
The basest horn of his hoof is more
Musical than the Pipe of Hermes;
He is pure air and fire."

William Shakespeare
